Mavic Air 2: More leaked photos confirm additional specs, price

The internet is buzzing tonight with more drone news after online camera retailer Adorama is rumored to have accidentally posted additional photos of the all new Mavic Air 2 drone.

It’s standard procedure for companies like DJI to share a dropbox link of high quality product photos so retailers and media are pre-loaded with images ahead of a product launch.

And this is usually how leaked photos start making the rounds.

We’ve heard that the Mavic Air 2 photos, below, were accidentally posted on the listing for the DJI Tello drone, along with a confirmed $799 price.

As you can see from the photos, more specs are clearly confirmed by markings on the drone itself.

This image, below, clearly shows the front of the Mavic Air 2 camera emblazoned with markings that reveal it does in fact use a 1/2″ sensor and captures 48 MP stills.

The Mavic Air 2 camera has an 84 degree field of view and has a fixed f/2.8 aperture.

Here’s another shot, showing the Mavic Air 2 straight on with a better view of the front of the camera.

The remaining photos that follow are mostly “lifestyle” shots, typical of past DJI product releases.
