You may have noticed that Mavic 3 drone rumors have been increasing lately. Last month we explained why a Mavic 3 is imminent by using the lifecycle tracker in our 2021 Drone Buyers Guide. This week DJI updated the lifecycle status for several Enterprise drones that will cease distribution this year and it’s just more fuel for the fire that a Mavic 3 is coming soon.

The Matrice 200 Series V2 and accessories (excluding batteries) ceased availability last month (March 2021).
DJI has made noteworthy shifts on the Enterprise side of their business this year that is shaking up it’s distribution network by adding select Enterprise drones to it’s online store. Enterprise drones were previously only available from a network of authorized DJI dealers, who are now upset that they will be left holding the bag on service and support for customers who did not purchase from them.
