BREAKING: New DJI Mavic Enterprise Cleared For Launch

The DJI drone rumor mill might slow down, but it never stops.

Today our inbox was full of news that the DJI Mavic Enterprise drone has been cleared for take-off by the FCC.

We first saw the Mavic Enterprise last month in some leaked photos showing a Mavic-style drone with various attachments.

Earlier this month we were the first to suggest that the Mavic Enterprise could be released at Airworks 2018, DJI’s annual enterprise drone conference that brings together many partners collaborating on commercial drone deployments and advancments.

No specs yet on what the Mavic Enterprise will hold for features, but we expect resistance to signal interference, improved motor and battery performance to handle payloads and RTK like precision controls could be just a few.

Based on the leaked photos it appears the Mavic Enterprise attachments connect bolt to the aircraft using a thumbscrew.  Attachments seen so far include an audio speaker and an IR strobe.

Stay tuned for more details, see you in Dallas for the release of the Mavic Enterprise!
