The new DJI Osmo Mobile 4 is now available for order at store.dji.com and it is a bargain at $130. It ships within 3-5 days, however only one Osmo Mobile 4 is permitted per account due to supply limitations.
A lot has changed in the new OM4 and DJI has opened up a bunch of cool new features as well.
The magnetic mount is our favorite feature so far because it folds up even smaller without they old smartphone grip on previous models.

Battery
The Osmo Mobile 4 battery lasts up to 15 hours under ideal conditions, and charges to full in just 2.5 hours with the supplied USB-C charger.
Like previous versions of the Osmo Mobile, you can also use it to charge your smartphone (or other devices)…which can really extend your filming time.
Accessories / What’s in the box
Osmo Mobile 4 comes with a magnetic phone clamp, magnetic ring holder, power cable, grip tripod, wrist strap and a storage pouch.
The handgrip has a 1/4″-20 UNC port so you can attach to any tripod or mount, and it’s compatible with teh Osmo Mobile 3 Grip Tripod.
New Smart Modes
We fell in love with the “dolly zoom” effect in the Mavic 2 Zoom drone, and DJI has found a way to recreate the same effect in your smartphone with DynamicZoom.
This new smart feature delivers a cool Hollywood-style parallax effect made famous by filmmaker Alfred Hitchcock and will add instant drama to your videos.
ActiveTrack 3.0 with improved recognition accuracy for children and pets lets you follow your subject.

With CloneMe Pano you can be in multiple parts of the same photo (below). But unlike a tricky double exposure and photoshop skills, the Osmo Mobile 4 does it all for you with the touch of a button.
The Mimo app that drives the Osmo Mobile 4 adds smart gesture control making it super easy to take a photo or start recording video.
But by far our favorite feature is the magnetic phone mount. No more wrestling the phone in and hitting side buttons. No more tricky balancing to get the phone in perfectly. The new magnetic mount ring and clip connect instantly and the Osmo Mobile 4’s stronger motors mean no balancing needed! Just click and go!
Initial orders are limited to one per customer. Osmo Care is an additonal $10, covering up to 2 replacements within one year for accidental damage.
