RUMOR: DJI Mavic Pro II Starts Production
Late in 2017 we reported the latest DJI rumor that the Mavic Pro II drone(also called the Mavic 2 by some) was being developed.

In that article we shared some of the rumored specs of the Mavic Pro II such as:
- 1″ CMOS sensor with 28mm lens
- 4820 mAh battery with 35 minute flight time
- binocular rear sensors
Since the release of the new Mavic Air, we also expect that the new Mavic Pro II will look like identical to the Mavic Air in a larger size.
We’ve been told to expect the Mavic Pro II to be released as early as March 2018. The latest update came today that DJI is about to begin production of the drone this week.

If this is correct we should catch wind soon of FCC applications to begin to confirm other details we are hearing.
