DJI Osmo Pocket Firmware Update, New Features and Shipping In 1-3 Days !

Pre-order is over, and customers in Asia are already receiving their Osmo Pocket shipments.

In other news we received a push update for the Osmo Pocket that tightens up a few features…and they show that DJI is really managing the Osmo Pocket roll-out well.

Today’s firmware now adds features that will be familiar to anyone who has used an Osmo Mobile or Osmo Mobile 2.

  • Double tap the Power button on the Osmo Pocket and it recenters the camera.
  • Triple tap the Power button on the Osmo Pocket and it switches camera between selfie and forward facing mode
  • Improved noise reduction while filming
  • Optimized Timelapse mode when using Osmo Pocket without DJI MIMO
  • Optimized audio in some scenes
  • Optimized auto-focus in some scenes
  • Optimized gimbal performance for long exposure shots
  • Faster shooting speed in Panorama mode
  • Faster file reading speed for playback when in MIMO attached mode

All we can say is that the Osmo Pocket experience is amazing, and the latest firmware update makes it even better.
