In other news we received a push update for the Osmo Pocket that tightens up a few features…and they show that DJI is really managing the Osmo Pocket roll-out well.
Today’s firmware now adds features that will be familiar to anyone who has used an Osmo Mobile or Osmo Mobile 2.
- Double tap the Power button on the Osmo Pocket and it recenters the camera.
- Triple tap the Power button on the Osmo Pocket and it switches camera between selfie and forward facing mode
- Improved noise reduction while filming
- Optimized Timelapse mode when using Osmo Pocket without DJI MIMO
- Optimized audio in some scenes
- Optimized auto-focus in some scenes
- Optimized gimbal performance for long exposure shots
- Faster shooting speed in Panorama mode
- Faster file reading speed for playback when in MIMO attached mode
