DJI Mavic 3 Classic “Drone Only” Available To Order

After a long wait, the ‘drone only’ version of the new Mavic 3 Classic quadcopter is back in stock and available to order at the DJI Store.

One of the smartest moves DJI has made in the last few years is to sell unbundled, ‘drone only’ versions of it’s new models. Existing DJI users who already have a compatible controller are able to add these new models to their fleet without having to pay for a more expensive bundle that includes the controller.

Buying the Mavic 3 Classic in the drone only version saves up to $230 versus buying a controller-included bundle.

DJI expects orders to be delivered in about 3 weeks from the order date.

One of the first things we’ll be doing with the Mavic 3 Classic when it arrives is to put it head-to-head with the Autel EVO Lite+.

DJI Mavic 3 Classic highlights:

  • Remote Control Not Included
  • 20MP 5.1K Wide-Angle 4/3 CMOS Hasselblad
  • 4K Slow Motion at 120 fps
  • 10-Bit D-Log Color Profile & HNCS
  • f/2.8 to f/11 Adjustable Aperture
  • Omnidirectional Obstacle Avoidance
  • Up to 9.3-Mile HD Transmission Range
  • Advanced Return-to-Home Function
