DEAL ALERT: DJI Mavic Pro Price Drops Again, Fueling More Mavic Pro II Rumors
With every technology product cycle, you know a refresh or new gadget is coming out when the price starts to drop on the existing model.
This is true for DJI, Apple, Samsung…whoever.
Before Christmas we told you about the big price drop that took place at several retailers when the price of the Mavic Pro Fly More Combo dropped as low as $899. It has since rebounded again, but now a new round of reductions is already in the works.

DJI’s Amazon storefront now lists a basic Mavic Pro, Remote and 1 Battery combo at $769 instead of the $999 at the store.dji.com. Other retailers like Adorama and B&H Photo have yet to follow suit but we’re keeping an eye on them.
DJI will look to clear out it’s own inventory first, before authorizing retailers to drop their prices.
As Spring approaches, we know with each passing week that we’re gettting closer to the release of the Mavic Pro’s successor: the Mavic Pro II.
Rumored to have a 1″ CMOS sensor, smaller form factor and enhanced obstacle avoidance and smarts, the Mavic Pro II may be released at NABSHOW in April or at a standalone event in May (like the Spark).
