Best iPad Mount for DJI Spark, Mavic & Mavic Air

A lot has changed since we first recommended the SKYREAT tablet mount for the Mavic Pro over a year ago.

Since then the DJI Spark mini-drone was released and then just over half a year later along came the Mavic Air.

What’s great about all three of these drones is that they share some common features, especially with the Remote Controller.

Many pilots prefer to fly their DJI drone using an iPad Mini 2, 3 or 4, instead of a smartphone. This is a common setup for users, like me, who prefer the larger screen. I also find that I get much longer battery life from my iPad mini than I do with my iPhone.

While the iPad mini fits in the controller arms, it’s placed low and isn’t the ideal viewing location for flight control.  And I just don’t like how it feels in the controller…it’s just an awkward setup..

SKYREAT Tablet Mount for Mavic Air/Pro/Spark

So after some research I’ve opted to get the SKYREAT tablet mount from Amazon for a couple of reasons:

  • free Prime shipping
  • includes Neck Strap
  • fits iPad Mini 2/3/4 and iPad Pro/Air 1/2
  • adjustable
  • made from premium materials

And the SKYREAT tablet mount is also an Amazon #1 Best Seller.

What I most love about the tablet mount is the solid, machined aluminum base. It’s heavy duty enough that I will sometimes use my much larger iPad Air instead of the iPad mini.

If you’re planning to use an iPad Mini with your DJI Spark, Mavic Pro or Mavic Air, we highly recommend the SKYREAT tablet mount.  It’s awesome!
