There is a new photo making the rounds this morning that is fueling a new DJI rumor and giving everyone a first look at what could be the upcoming DJI Phantom 5 Quadcopter.
Borrowing from the features of the recently released Zenmuse X7, the new Phantom 5 is getting an upgrade as well with four interchangeable lenses in 15mm, 24mm, 35mm and 50mm.
From the limited view we get of the alleged Phantom 5 chassis, it basically carries forward the same body style that has been the hallmark of the Phantom series.
This is at least the third time that we’ve seen sketches by “OsitalV” in relation to a rumored or upcoming DJI product.
Previously he sketched out the Zenmuse X7 prior to it’s actual release. We’re not sure how OsitalV is connected to DJI’s product development group, but every concept sketch he has produced has always ended up correctly capturing a new product prior to launch.
No other details at this time, but we give a big thumbs up to the quality of this DJI Phantom 5 rumor.
